From Separation to Liberation
What’s Involved
Free 20 minute telephone consultation
Phone me for a free, no obligation 20 minute chat so we can discuss your current concerns and situation. During our call you’ll be able to hear what I can offer you and develop a feel for whether working with me will be the way forward for you. If we decide to work together the first step is to have an initial meeting.
Initial meeting
Our initial meeting will be to find out the details of your present situation, where you are in the process of your divorce or separation, the issues and challenges you are facing and areas of your life you would like to work on. Together we’ll identify what information, resources and coaching support you will most benefit from.
You’ll come away from our initial meeting with a strong sense of how I’ll support you, as well as information or ideas to help you move forward through your divorce journey.
Ongoing support, guidance and coaching
Designed to give ongoing support, guidance and coaching at all or any of the following stages:
- Before divorce or separation has happened
- During your divorce or early stages of separation
- After the divorce or settlement has been finalised
Coaching support can include as many hours each month as we both identify to be beneficial and at times to suit, which can be face to face meetings where practical or phone or a mix of both and email support between our sessions.
How many coaching sessions are needed?
After the initial meeting a commitment of 6 sessions is usual so you can gain the most benefit from my support and coaching. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or whenever you need them at times to suit. Extra sessions can be arranged if you have urgent or challenging issues, as well as short email support between sessions.
How long are coaching sessions?
Coaching sessions are usually for an hour and scheduled at times to suit. Occasionally sessions might be longer or more frequent if you have challenging or urgent issues.
Where do coaching sessions take place?
The initial meeting is usually in person and thereafter we schedule mutually convenient meetings in person or on the phone. For face to face meetings I can travel to a location of your choice in London, Surrey, Sussex or Hampshire, alternatively I have centres in West London, Surrey and West Sussex. My coaching is not confined to these areas and as sessions can be over the phone it doesn’t matter where you are based, whether within the UK or outside.
